Common questions
Do you work with international clients?
Yes! I work with clients from Europe, Japan, South Korea, and globally. All communication is in English, and we can accommodate different timezones including GMT, JST, and KST.
How do payments work?
For international clients, I accept payments via Wise, PayPal, or bank transfer. For projects under $1,000, 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. For larger projects, we can discuss milestone-based payments.
What's your timezone and working hours?
I'm based in Dhaka (GMT+6). I typically work 10am–7pm local time and can accommodate calls for European, Japanese, and Korean clients with advance notice.
Do you sign NDAs?
Absolutely. I'm happy to sign an NDA before we start any project. Your intellectual property and project details are always kept confidential.
Can I request revisions after delivery?
Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds (Starter: 3, Pro: 5, Enterprise: unlimited depending on scope). Post-launch support is available as an add-on.
